Return and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

At MGM Goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, you may be eligible for an exchange of the same item. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at ashley@themediumgoodmom.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the issue and request an exchange.

  2. Exchange Process: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, if eligible.

  3. Size Exchange: If you need to exchange for a different size (subject to availability), please include the original item in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Receipt of Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
